“Why is the payment 22.91 after 24 months you pay about 550.00 for the phone but if you pay in full it’s 899.99 that’s a 350.00 difference so does that mean you are not only charging interest on the payment plan but also charging intr buying it out right”

Makes no sense to me either. Maybe they figure you'll think you're locked into Verizon for 2 years and decide to stay? I was already on a Verizon plan so it didn't bother me.
