• Yes. Everything that's on your sim card will be on your S10 if you move it over, but it doesn't automatically make everything on your phone move over. If you are wanting to transfer everything from your S9 to your S10 just use Smart Switch. It's already on both phones and it's developed by Samsung, so it works flawlessly.

• The phone will operate with a Verizon Sim card only. If your sim card is Verizon it should be compatible.
