“Hi, I just bought the Samsung S10e from Best Buy. I use Consummer Cellular as my carrier. I try add a new APN and it's setting and press "Save", but system return to Access Point Name Page and the new APN is not there.”

I use to work for CC and you may have to call them to get the info transferred to the new phone
