“Everything I've read has said the U.S. S20 models would have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor. The BB description (in features and specs) shows it has a Samsung Exynos 990 octa-core processor. Which is it?”

I believe BB updated it. "Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 5G mobile platform The octa-core 2.84GHz processor and 12GB of RAM deliver outstanding overall performance for opening and running applications, flipping through menus and more."
