“what is the difference between the Galaxy S21 5G 128GB and the Ultra? And is this phone easy to use for a "non-techie" senior?”

• From what the salesman told me, the S21 is for non techies who don't need all the latest bells and whistles--which is what the Ultra has. This made the phone more affordable for me and I traded in my S7. I don't really care about all the high end apps and such. Never end up using those much.
