I'm not sure how you did, because it would not let me check out and proceed without logging into an account, as stated I have cricket service, which in most cases is the same as AT&T, but they don't offer an option to log in to cricket service.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You cannot be forced to activate your unlocked phone. I also bought an unlocked phone but had to activate it at home by myself at a later date.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You are not being forced to pay more, you are just not eligible for the promotion that is set in place by the postpaid carriers available. If you look at the pricing details one will say activate today and one says activate later; by clicking on activate now you usually get a $50 discount from us, or sometimes more, for activating it directly onto your carrier to cover the automatic upgrade charge that they put on your account. So, for example if the initial device costs $179, this would make the price $139 from the original price of $179. If you are a Verizon customer you can put it directly onto your Verizon account by clicking activate now and logging into your Verizon account and the discount is automatically applied. If you do not want to activate it at the time of purchase it costs full price as there is no upgrade fee. You would simply need to click activate today and then log into your already existing Verizon account to confirm your identity and the discount is automatically applied.
