I had to wait 5 or 6 days to pick-up the phone. I could not have it delivered in 3 days to my home. Now, In order to get the deal with my phone, it required activation with Verizon. It's because the Sim card is already in the phone, and ready to use the phone when it's turned on,which will say activate now. This is a safety measure so that the phone is given to the person who actually purchased online. I had to show my driver's license, and the email receipt from Bestbuy.
