- Answer Hi Levi. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I appreciate your raising this inquiry regarding the Samsung - Galaxy S22+ Clear Standing Case. The more the case is exposed to the environment, the faster it will turn yellow. Personally, you case wash the case once in a while to slow down the process. Yes, the case is really great for protection, depending on how it is handled. Sadly the case does not have a drop rating yet. ^Charles

Clear phone cases are normally made from silicone, a popular polymer for its inexpensive and flexible properties. Unfortunately, these polymers turn yellow as they age. This natural process is accelerated when they are exposed to excessive amounts of chemicals, light, and heat. Thus, we cannot guarantee it will not turn yellow over time. ^Charles
