“Why can i not upgrade to this phone? It says AT&T are not accepting upgrades and only allowing new lines. I don't want a new line, i want to use my current line with this phone.”

• If you purchased this phone unlocked, you literally just stick the sim in it and you are done. You dont have to talk to ATT unless you have a outdated sim, you would just tell them you need a new sim.
