Howdy Wayne, thanks for taking the time out of your hectic day to ask us your question about the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE. Unlocked devices are not tied to any carrier so they have no carrier software and/or apps pre-loaded onto these devices like you would typically see with carrier locked devices.
