- Answer Probably because it was opened box, which means it was returned. They sell them for a lesser price.Next time searching specifically look for new or brand new. - Answer The reason I buy all my tech from Best Buy is bescuse with my Best Buy credit card, I get the 18 or 24 month zero interest financing. Then I make monthly installments to pay off the full amount before the zero interest financing durarion ends. You also earn rewards and sometimes gift cards as well!

- Answer Open box items is more than likely used but briefly. Sometimes accessories may be missing but the label should say so. Usually, usually the items are still like new
