Its not work on AT&T, how can I activate it null

This is an unlocked phone which will work with any carrier. You just have to put a SIM card that is activated in the phone and it will update it with the carrier and start working. If you are using an old SIM card that does not work then you might just need to get a replacement SIM card from your carrier.
