• A:Answer That's the beauty of unlocked. Freedom!!! You are not restricted by a carrier. For instance say Tmobile doesn't have towers overseas then your restricted but if there is another network all you need is a sim card for that network

• A:Answer As long as it's unlocked your free. However, I would go straight to the source instead of asking around. That's just how I handle business. That way you will know for sure. Reach out to that company and ask what is required to obtain their services

• A:Answer Verizon bought Tracfone which includes PagePlus back in November 23, 2021. So since Samsung states that it is an 'unlocked phone compatible with Verizon,' you should be fine.
