While Best Buy does sell products at different levels based on their condition (New, Open Box (with an additional three sub-levels), Refurbished, etc.), they are always labelled appropriately. In this instance, if you wanted a unit that is NOT new, you would click on the option under "More Buying Options" further down on the page and select one of the subcategories.
