Good day Miljan, thank you for taking the opportunity to ask us your question about the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. Unlocked typically refers to a device that is able to connect to carriers that are compatible with the advertised device hardware like specific frequency bands. The device's ability to work everywhere depends on whether it supports the required radio frequencies used in different countries. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact Support. Thanks for being a faithful Samsung customer. - Debra
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, but you have to make sure the physical or eSim that you want to use is compatible with 4G/5G. So, if you travel abroad you want to make sure the sim is compatible with device bands. Even though the devices is unlocked it is not compatible with every carrier physical or eSim. I had this problem a few times abroad...the sim worked for voice and text but my data speed were 1992 slow. Before I buy international sims cards I make sure it is compatible with my phone. Hope this helps.
