Q: QuestionDo Samsung smart phones have a method to rid pop up ads??? and how do we do it??? What is the purpose of the two pin like holes on the top and bottom of the phone??
Asked by detailed.
- A:Answer Good day Detailed, thank you for taking the time to ask us your questions about the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. We have a resource titled, "Get rid of pop-up ads on your Galaxy phone" to help you rid your device from those pesky pop-up ads. The "pin-like holes" on the top of the Galaxy S25 Ultra are for a secondary microphone (for noise cancellation/clearer calls) and an air vent (to help cool the device during heavy use), while holes/pins at the bottom relate to the S Pen charging/detection and other standard ports, not just pins, but a combination of mic, speaker, USB-C, and SIM tray slots for functionality. Hope that helps! Let us know if you think of additional questions for us by reaching out to Support. Thanks for being a steadfast Samsung customer. - Debra
