• As long as you buy your new phone unlocked you can add any phone service provider of your choice

• Yes! i have purchased the unlocked phone and i already have services with a carrier. All I need to do is insert the sim card. But make sure the sim u have now can fit into the ultra. Older older phone have different size sim.
