• Unfortunately Verizon no longer has unlimited data plans.. You woul have to choose a plan with a limited data..

• No. Not unless you have an old grandfathered unlimited plan through Verizon. Your monthly rate depends on how much data you have opted for. If by chance you do have an old unlimited plan, you must pay full price for the phone and buy it outright, if you upgrade they make you switch to a new more everything plan.
