Q: QuestionWhy is Verizon Edge Monthly rate higher than on Verizon's websiteI noticed that BestBuy is saying that the monthly rate for the verizon edge plan will be 26.21 where as if you go the Verizon wireless website they say the monthly rate is 24.99 why the 1.22 dollar increase on bestbuy

• A:Answer I'm not sure where you are getting 26.21 from? I pay 24.99 from BestBuy. Maybe that is including monthly insurance?

• A:Answer Different stores get different pricing structures and are allowed to charge different amounts. Just like coffee can cost $1 at mcdonalds and $4 at starbucks.

Q: QuestionWhat is the difference between the Samsung galaxy 6 and Galaxy 6 edge? Other than priceI've searched up and down what the difference is and all I find is the price is different, size and memory are all the same unless it's listed incorrectly online! And why can't I get a gold one at best buy with verizon?

• A:Answer I was torn between the two, but ended up with the S6. In retrospect, I should have spent the money on the Edge. It only has a few additional features, but one of them is a list of your top 5 contacts that are one-button dials on the side screen. That would have been worth the extra $100 to me. I think you can also get a few apps to scroll on the side like a TV crawl on the bottom of the screen. Hope that helps.

• A:Answer Yes. I just did that. Use the Full Site not the mobile. It will give you an option for adding a line to your current account.

• A:Answer Thank you for reaching out with your question! Un-activated phones have a specific carrier software and will work on that carrier service plan. Un-activated phones let you get a new phone without extending your current contract. By inserting a SIM card the device becomes Activated to your plan.
