• I just upgraded to the S6 and the $24/mo is added on top of the contract fees.

• You will be in contract to pay the phone off in 24 months. Your current contract will not extend. But you would not be able to cancel service until you pay the phone off

• Depends on the carrier. If you are referring to Verizon, the new plan changes your monthly rate to $20 + monthly cost of phone ($24.00). So you would now pay $44.00 monthly
