• yes they are. i was able to preorder today in-store and they were able to set it up so i get the charger free also.

• From what I see on this ad, Verizon is not only not offering to add the wireless charging pad, they are not even allowing pre-ordering, only Spring and AT&T have that offer! Very annoying!
