Both myself and my wife have the S5 through Sprint and have no issue with call quality. My daughter's S6 seems to be working great. No issues that we can find.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's not a known issue. Your phone is broken. Replace it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.every one says it's very clear and loud !! also you have hd voice for phone and wi fi talk so that's cool !!!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven't had any complaints of talk quality except when I'm using Blue Tooth. I have an S6 and had the S5 Sport previously (although very brief). I am more than confident I will have to adjust some of the settings on my blue tooth. I also have some incoming wind from my window that could easily be affecting this. Is Sprint your service provider? It's mine...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My AT&T S6 Edge has noticeably better reception than my older Palm Pre3 but not a huge difference. Might be the voice filters and better speaker? Funny none of the reviews I read or watched on you tube before - even the professional ones; discussed this. Reviewing a phone and not talking about how it performs on phone calls? I would say get one for a trial period and return if it doesn't perform any better. Its possible your coverage area is weak or you might hit a winner and "outgrow" your issue.
