• Premiere data plan is pretty simple. You pay 10 bucks to jave data service,not to be confused with your monthly data plan. With smart phones you are charged a fee to pretty much give it the power ot needs to access internet and such.

• Its an extra charge because its a smartphone. Its uses morn data than a regular phone.

• Because these phone are like computers/routers, you have the ability to share one internet connection/data to multiple devices therefore you can be a hotspot host(premium data), with multiple laptops, computers, game console or any other internet capable device(free Internet)
