I already have an active Sprint account that has two lines available for upgrade, however I really like BestBuy's customer service and thought that the wireless charger was an awesome offer. I was mainly wondering if I could pre order the Galaxy S6 for an upgrade on an existing Sprint account through BestBuy. Thanks!”

• The easy answer to your question is yes. Best Buy works directly with the major mobile carriers. If you have an available upgrade through Sprint, then you should be able to upgrade directly through Best Buy. Thanks!

• Yes that is what I did and also ask if they have any special going on to lower the monthly rental cost I got mine down to a dollar a month

• Yes, you can upgrade with them directly as that is what I did. I too have Sprint service. They have great customer service.

• Hey Teddy, this is exactly what I did. I walked in and leased the S6 with no issues because I had an upgrade available. Be prepared to listen to the new methods of acquiring the phone. The lease option is usually the best on in the end. The mobile device industry is making it difficult (more expensive) to purchase the phone out right.

• Sorry for the late response Teddy, but yes you can upgrade your phones through BestBuy Mobile. It's where I do all my upgrades for my multiple lines and we are customers of Sprint.
