“I am leasing my phone threw Sprint. Can I get a new leased phone and turn in my old at Best Buy as well? Or am I stuck going back to a Sprint store for a new phone to prevent Sprint making me pay full price for my old one.”

Hi! I am through sprint as well. You will pay your lease off at Best Buy if you choose to do so. Then you can go through Best Buy for another phone (lease or pay as you go). Either way you will have to pay your lease off.

You will get a mailing label with all the new lease agreement paperwork. I was able to save a $120 on the phone lease when I got mine in December verses upgrading thru sprint
