- Answer Use plan on lg3 then when your contract is up switch go to a different server and let them buy your contract and get the phone you want.

- Answer If your current plan is out of contract. Generally it's been 2 years since you upgraded... it's 49.99 if you do a new two year contract, in which you can chose to keep your current plan, you will just be stuck with it for 2 years.

- Answer From what I have learned at Best Buy is, to take advantage of the $1 deal, you have to be eligible for an upgrade. If your current phone is not eligible for an upgrade, you will have to pay retail price for the phone. Activation fee is thru Verizon, and is usually $40. The Best Buy salespeople can check your verizon account and let you know what the fees will be. I've had great luck there.
