Generally there is a fee for your phone number transfer. I've not done it in years, but it's not much of you wish to keep the same number. Your plan does not matter.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When I switched from Verizon to Sprint I got to port (keep) my number and select my new plan with Sprint. I am pretty sure you will be able to do all you ask.
