• I can give exact amount cause there's different plans you can get and if you have direct TV then you can get unlimited data.

• It depends on the plan you choose. Add the plan base price, plus monthly fee of the phone, plus any extras (insurance, international roaming, GPS phone trackerI, monthly app subscriptions, etc) and that will be your total.
