“I recently just purchased the phone, and the minute I take it off the charger is begins to drain...fast. I take it off the charger, do the occasional notification check, and in those few minutes the phone is down to 98% or less. Is this normal???”

• No it is not normal. Call you cell provider and ask for tech support and check settings. If that fails return it.
