No. I ordered this new Samsung S7 Edge Olympic Version to upgrade an existing Verizon 4G LTE phone. However, despite the fact that the Best Buy website states that it will work on the Verizon network, Verizon couldn't activate the device. I spent hours trying to do so, and was eventually told by Best Buy tech support that while it will work on "most US cellphone networks", it was not guaranteed to work on Verizon. I have requested a return label and Best Buy assured me several days ago that they would update their website. As of this posting, sadly, it still says that it will work on the Verizon network. It is possible that I received a defective unit, and that Best Buy simply didn't want to acknowledge that, but a Best Buy tech support member spent 40 minutes on the phone (mostly on hold) trying to hunt down the problem and eventually came back on the phone with an apology and replied that it will not work on Verizon. So, go figure ... but I wouldn't bother if you're intending to activate it on Verizon.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In response to everyone who said it doesn't work with Verizon, There is a Way!! I spent hours with Best Buy trying to figure this out and was always unsuccessful. I spent hours with Verizon reps on the phone and they were NOT able to do anything either because the phone is not recognized by Verizon, it probably won't be for a long time. Apparently there is an approval process that takes forever. I had a Samsung Galaxy S5 which had a micro sim (and am currently on a Verizon plan), so when I got the Olympic S7 Edge with the Nano SIM I could not just transfer the sim card over from my old phone. I was told that I needed an activated Nano SIM to get my phone working. So, after going to multiple Verizon stores I finally found a store that would use their DISPLAY S7 EDGE PHONE to activate a new SIM card to put in mine. After they activated it, he put the sim in my phone and connected it to my account. PROBLEM SOLVED. It took 10 minutes. The hard part is finding a Verizon store who will do this because apparently it is against their rules.. anyway... you'll luck into someone who will be willing to do it for you. It's not a big deal, especially if you currently have a plan with Verizon. Go to a Verizon store in a mall or something, stand alone Verizon stores are not much help. OR If you already have service with Verizon: Find someone else who has a phone with an activated Nano SIM: 1: Get a new blank Nano SIM from BestBuy or Verizon 2: Place it into a friends phone that is already activated with Verizon ( obviously your friend will have to take their sim card out to put yours in) 3: Activate that new SIM in their phone. 4: Once activated, take that newly activated SIM and put it into your phone. Your friend can put their SIM back in to their phone (it won't mess anything up). 5: Call or go into a Verizon store and they can set you up now that you have an activated SIM.. I believe all they'll need is the SIM card number and your account information. 6: Once activated if you go onto MyVerizon your device logo will say "NON VZW Device" but it works! I hope this helps someone because I almost returned mine and would have been frustrated. It's a pretty sweet phone, I'm glad I finally found a way around this. Good Luck! 8.8.16
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it will work, i have not tested it myself but i have found references on web where people state that their Olympic edition phones work on Verizon if your sim card is already activated on Verizon's network.. If it is not activated, then not sure if Verizon will let you activate a new service with this Olympic edition.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My sister and I both have the phone and it works fine. We both took it in to a corporate store and got it activated there no problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In response to "nicbarri8", I waited exactly two weeks before returning the device, which is the deadline for returns at Best Buy. The Samsung S7 Edge Olympic Version was still NOT recognized by Verizon after trying for two weeks. I simply couldn't activate it on the Verizon network and Best Buy tech support acknowledged that they couldn't do anything except take my return.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Many times it takes a while for phones like this to register on company's compatible device list. Therefore even if it states you can use it with Verizon, it might take awhile before Verizon's system reflects this
