• If there is network compatibles like 4G, LTE, etc. It could work without any problem, first, you must see the networks on the description if they are compatible with the European networks. I bought it to work in Mexico and it is working without problems

• Samsung Galaxy S8 unlocked. I got the unlocked cell because I use Consumer Cellular for my carrier. and needed their Sim card to make the phone work. Once the Consumer Cellular Sim card was installed it seems to do everything the locked phones do. I believe the difference between locked & unlocked relates to whether the phone is attached to a particular carrier.
