If you buy the AT&T version of the phone then it comes with the proper SIM. Best Buy can do the activation. I'm not sure you can simply put the SIM in this phone as it's a much smaller than previous SIMs.

If you are staying with AT&T and your sim is a nano sim then you can just move the card. If you are coming from an iPhone you will also have to call customer service to let them know you are switching to Android. If you don't then the wireless hotspot and wifi calling will not work.
