When they say "no two year contracts are available" they mean when you pay for the phone and you own it, and don't have to pay a little bit of the cost every month, like on an installment plan or lease. You can pay the 850 dollars it sells for all at once, then you can put it on any at&t plan you want, as you own the phone and it is not tied to any agreement.
