Since the phone came out Friday 4/21, you can't get the pre-order bonus anymore. If you did pre-order, then you need to go to http://samsungpromotions.com/infinitelyimmersive.html with a copy of the receipt to get it. -- Easiest way to get the receipt if you ordered online is to print the order to a PDF or something similar and then submit that. A screenshot might work as well (I did a PDF).
