“If you are eligible for an upgrade but still owe a little bit on your old phone, can they add that to the payments you are already paying or will the credit you some for the old phone? I have a Samsung s 6”

If you are with Verizon there should be an upgrade balance but if you have passed that then you can get the new phone and send your s6 back to Verizon.
