Yes, I traded mine in through best buy. You just have to mail your old phone back to at&t after you get the new one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can do this at Best Buy in the store or online. That's how I did mine and I am on At&t. They will just take the order for the new phone, ask questions about your device to make sure it is able to be traded, and look at it (if you go to the store) and let you go with instructions (you may also get an email about it.) Once you get the new phone you have to mail your old one back (shipping is prepaid) within 14 days or the payments on the old phone will restart. Hope this helps some!
