“I have a at&t account. If I purchase the S8+ from bestbuy could I use my card to pay the phone in full price? If so how to keep my old number? And do a Sim card or anything comes with it?”

You can keep your phone number. Best Buy has much better deals than you'll get at the AT&T store. I think you can use your Best Buy card to pay for it, but I think you have to finance a small portion of it through AT&T.
