I see "русский" as an option in my S8 which is how I believe you spell the Russian Language in Cyrillic (at least from a quick Wiki search). So anyhow, I go into Settings -> General Management -> Language and Input -> Language From there, Select "Add Language". Now this is the trick, in this first screen, it only shows like 10 choices. However, if you press on the 3 dots on the top right of the screen, you get a menu option to show all languages. Select that, and there are many, many, many more languages you can choose from. In addition, if you go to Settings -> General Management -> Language and Input -> On-Screen Keyboard, you get the option to add keyboards and type in those languages. I've added English and also my native language. When typing, you change between the keyboards/text correction by swiping the "space bar" to the left/right and changing the input language. Good luck.
