I dont know if they still have the promotion going on right now, but I was able to get the buy one get one free promotion. But the 2md one still cost me, at least for the one time fee, a one time fee of about that much. I'm waiting to see how much it'll cost after I pay this first bill, which is about $400 with a "premium tier" unlimited data package for the both of them.
