Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It depends on which trade in you do. If you trade the phone directly to Best Buy, then it comes to you on a Best Buy gift card. If you have a phone that qualifies for the Verizon bill credit trade in promo, then what you will do is after you pick up the new phone from Best Buy, you will go to Verizon's website to start the trade in, and you will mail it to Verizon. Once they receive the phone and verify it's condition, then they will begin applying the bill credits.
