“My wife is a current ATT customer with two lines. Can I become a new customer and get the new customer rates for two lines and keep our old numbers?”

Officially, I'd say no. But... If she's been a GOOD customer long enough, ATT has been known to cut a deal or 2.

You should reach out to ATT for those questions. If any of your phones are under contract, they need to be paid off before porting lines to new owner!... definitely need to ask your carrier about making that move!
