• All tax on the full retail price is going to be due at time of purchase, so no that price doesn't include taxes.

• For me I paid the tax beforehand and now I'm making the payments. I currently do not pay any interest, but you will have to check, as they may require a down payment based on your credit history.

• there is no interest involved and the taxes are paid up front in full when you check out for the phone.

• You pay the taxes on the 24 month installment plan at the time of purchasing the phone. There is no interest, there usually will be a one-time activation fee on your next bill, which varies depending on the carrier.
