S9 dont have pin, you might want to go for Samsung Tab Phone S8 is the latest though S9Tab might be released soon, I suggest looking into that

Apple phones don't come with pen or stylus. Also you will pay for leasing the phone I'm sure what discounts they have on apple phones now.
