This is an option that is installed/activated by the simcard provider. Thats the offical line from samsung and others. Wifi calling is not a way around the bill YET ...they still use cellular radios to work. Ifyou shield diffrent freq. It lets you know. Tmoble strieght talk simcard 99cents at wallyworld has this option on it. Now if you had a dual sim phone or a cable adator a possiable workaround might be there. Food for thought .... under the voice mail notifications settings everybody's galaxy s9+ has the wificalling option for notifications only ? You my have more than 1 phone icon listed under apps /advanced /settings. This information is for knowledge only you are your own captain!
