You can buy a USB drive that has two connections on it. One side has a normal USB connector and the other side has a mini USB connector. You should be able to find one at best buy. All you need to do is plug it into your computer and copy the file to it. Then switch the end and plug into the charging port on your tablet. You can either open it on the drive or copy it to the tablet.
