• Yes you can, but no need to purchase service from any phone provider. The only thing you need is to have access to wifi connection that you might already have or run it off your neighbor or werevere your using your your tablet at.

• This model of the Galaxy Tab 4 does not use a carrier. It can only connect to the Internet through a WIFI signal.
