• I don't believe so I think you need to get one that is Verizon compatible with the 4GLTE

• any tablet can be used with any of the providers. You just need to connect and enter the password provide by the provider.

• No. This is only a WiFi enabled device. You need to search for devices that offer a compatible data plan with your cellular carrier.
