It uses wifi for internet access. It also plays anything that is stored/downloaded to your tablet. You will need to use the wifi password for it to connect. Most businesses have wifi you can connect to.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it's compatible with Wi-Fi. FiOS is your Verizon Internet connection and from there you'd need Wi-Fi from a separate piece of equipment known as a Wi-Fi access point. Yes it does have an operating system (i.e. Android).
