I am not an Apple fan. I've owned them and used them in business and reviewed them over the years. iPads are nice looking and reasonably well made, IMO, but the TCO is unacceptable. Android delivers a good user experience, a wider range of software options and a lower cost. Much of the software is just plain better; compare, e.g. Google Duo to Apple Facetime. Unless you're in the Apple cheering section, seriously consider Android stuff. Run the numbers, and I think you'll see my point.
