Well, I do not know. If Best Buy took care of their customers, I might be able to tell you. My tablet left Macon, GA for Atlanta where it remained for 8 to 10 days on its way to Starkville, MS. It’s Christmas, you know. After the sojourn in Atlanta, instead of a 3 hour drive West to MS, it is now in Columbus, OH. It will never make it for Christmas because the postal service doesn’t know West from North. Southerngal, I know this isn’t the answer you were looking for, but I warned Best Buy that I would not be forgiving of their mistake and general lack of preparedness considering we all have had some time to adjust our plans including retailers and shipping companies. Ruined an 8 year olds Christmas!! They should be ashamed!!
